Water Safety Day honoring Paige Hardesty Greve & the World's Largest Swimming Lesson

Join us for a life-saving day of water safety education and swimming instruction as we honor the memory of Paige Hardesty Greve through our annual Water Safety Day, coinciding with the 16th anniversary of the World's Largest Swimming Lesson™ (WLSL). Our Water Safety Day features engaging dry-land presentations specifically designed for children ages 5-12, covering essential water safety topics relevant to elementary school-aged children. These interactive sessions will equip young participants with critical knowledge that could one day save their lives. Following the safety presentations, be part of something global! Our facility will join thousands of locations worldwide participating in the WLSL™, a Guinness World Record-breaking event launched by the World Waterpark Association in 2010. This coordinated swimming lesson highlights the fundamental importance of teaching children to swim as a vital drowning prevention strategy. Why This Matters: - Drowning is the #1 cause of death for U.S. children ages 1-4 and the second leading cause for children 5-14 - Research shows formal swimming lessons can reduce drowning risk by 88% in children ages 1-4 - More than half of Americans (56%) cannot swim or lack basic swimming skills Help us spread the message that Swimming Lessons Save Lives™! Simply show up on June 26th to participate in this meaningful event that has reached billions with its crucial water safety message.
