River Festival

River Festival is back for their 2026 Annual celebration.

The Green River Chamber of Commerce is hosting the Annual River Festival, August 14th & 15th, 2026.

Come check out some Homemade, Handmade, and Outdoors Recreation vendor booths. Indulge in a Cajun Shrimp Boil or delicious food trucks on Friday while listening to a live Band. Make sure not to miss the Fireworks at dark! Enjoy the Beer Gardens on both Friday and Saturday.

If you are in the mood to get active and compete, check out the 23rd Annual "Run with the Horses Marathon, Half Marathon, 10k, or 5K on Saturday at 7 am to take place around the Wild Horse Loop Tour. 

The Car Show at Evers Park will also be Saturday, hosted by the Sweetwater Rodders—so polish up your favorite ride. Cars, trucks, motorcycles, vintage, and new are welcome. There will be vendors and great music. This event has something for everyone, so make your way to Sweetwater County and have some fun.

Don't forget about The Great Duck Race happening Saturday at noon. You won't want to miss it!!
