Santa Fe Southwest Grill

My husband and I are welcomed into Santa Fe Southwest Grill by an outgoing hostess with a bright smile. She quickly seats us in a comfortable booth, and we get settled in. The restaurant is buzzing with conversation and upbeat energy. Our waitress visits our booth soon after we sit down, she is kind and professional, and is sure to give us her undivided attention. Being locals, and regulars at Santa Fe, we already know exactly what we want, so we waste no time before ordering. We request an appetizer, our personal favorite, Mexican Egg Rolls. A few minutes later they are served. Efficient and friendly service, just how we like it.

I sip my margarita as my husband and I think back to last spring. Our one-year wedding anniversary is quickly approaching, and Santa Fe was an important part of our wedding day. After our ceremony, we brought our family and friends to the highly regarded restaurant to celebrate. It is the perfect place for large groups to gather and create memories, while being well taken care of by the Santa Fe team.

We continue to reminisce as our entrees are served. My husband has ordered the Sweet Pork Burrito, and I have ordered the Whiskey Crispy Chicken Salad – our favorites. We chow down, and although our meal is more than filling, we can’t help but think about dessert. The Sopapillas, our dessert of choice, are warm, sweet, and the perfect end to an otherwise savory meal.

When traveling to Rock Springs, Santa Fe Southwest Grill is a must-try. While you’re sure to notice how delicious the food is, you will also take note of the dedicated staff. As Owner Cory Gardner expresses, “We love our customers. I mean it when I say that. We truly love our customers and treat them like family.”

While being an ideal location for large groups, it is just as fitting for girl’s night out, or a date night with that special someone. This community-oriented, long-standing local favorite boasts happy hour from 11am-1pm, and 6pm-8pm every day, so you can indulge in a traditional or flavored margarita for a mere $2. Additionally, with their “Eat Right, Spend Right” menu, you can afford to treat yourself to the tastes of the Great American Southwest any day of the week.

Featuring a diverse menu, and open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week, you will never go hungry or run out of options at Santa Fe Southwest Grill.
