7:30 a.m. – Check in at Rock Springs & Green River Visitor Center (1641 Elk St., Rock Springs, WY)
8:00 a.m. – Depart Visitor Center
- Flaming Gorge Gateway Sign – Map orientation/hoto op
- Firehole Canyon Stop – Cowboy Donuts and restroom break
- Antelope Flat Turnout
- Flaming Gorge Dam – View site and restroom break
- Lunch at West Greens Lake Nature Trail (outside) – Lunch from WyoWifey
- Red Canyon Visitor Center – View scenic overlook
- Sheep Creek Bay Overlook (MM 17)
- Salmon Interpretive Site (MM 22) – View site and restroom break
- Lucerne Valley Marina – Ice cream and restroom break
- Green River – View Expedition Island (Optional – based on time)
4:15 p.m. – Return to Elk Street Visitor Center (1641 Elk St., Rock Springs, WY)
